We pull it up, take a look, and put together a flat weekly rate. Most quotes go out same day, no in-person meeting required.

Pick a start date.

No long contracts, no setup fees, no surprise charges. We'll lock in your service day and add you to the route.

We show up.

Same day each week, held to one standard — with a direct line to us when something needs attention.

Questions, answered.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Nope. Our maintenance plans are month-to-month. We'd rather earn your business every week than lock you in. Pause or cancel anytime — just let us know.

What areas do you service?

Right now we're focused on West Cobb: Kennesaw, Marietta, Acworth, and Powder Springs. If you're just outside that, send us a note — sometimes we can stretch.

Are you licensed and insured?

Fully insured and licensed in the state of Georgia. We're happy to send a copy of our certificate over if you or your HOA needs one.

What happens when it rains?

We schedule our maintenance services Monday through Thursday, and Friday is our make-up day for rain delays — sometimes spilling into the weekend if we need it. Your service day stays consistent, and we'll let you know if it has to shift.

Can I hire you for a one-time job?

Absolutely. One-time cleanups, mulch jobs, and install projects don't require ongoing service. Reach out and we'll quote it.
